I am currently working as a CTR at St. Mary's of Michigan Seton Cancer Institute in Saginaw. Over the past 30 years, my career in the medical arena has encompassed Medical Transcription, Quality Management, Coding, Utilization Review, Clinical Trials / Research and Cancer Registry. Professional affiliations include AHIMA, MMHIMA, NAHQ, NCRA and of course my favorite, MICRA. For MICRA, I have been privileged to hold the positions of Recording Secretary and Treasurer. On the lighter side, my
husband, Rick, and I have raised two wonderful daughters and are now
enjoying two spunky granddaughters. Favorite past
times include walking, camping, boating and of course being with the
family.
