In 1987, I graduated from Ferris
State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management (RHIA).
I also have an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from
Delta College. I began working at Bay Regional Medical Center in 1987 in the
Quality Management department, and eventually earned the credential of Certified
Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). At the end of 2001, I moved down the
hall to the Cancer Registry and took the CTR exam in 2003. I enjoy spending
time with my family, playing cards, board games, picnics and fishing.
